These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cadose iOS application and website operated by Monarch Labs Collective, Inc. ("Cadose," "we," "us"). By using Cadose, you agree to these Terms.
Educational use only
Cadose helps you log peptides, symptoms, and related health metrics for personal organization. Cadose is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing recommendations. Always work with a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
- You will not use Cadose to violate applicable law or to harm yourself or others.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Cadose.
Subscriptions & purchases
Cadose Pro (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) is billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew.
Intellectual property
Cadose, its branding, and original content are owned by Monarch Labs Collective, Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
Cadose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of library content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadose and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
Termination
You may stop using Cadose at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
