Cadose

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Cadose is designed to keep your peptide and health tracking data on your device. This policy explains what stays local, what is optional, and what we collect when you choose to engage with Cadose online services.

Data controller

Monarch Labs Collective, Inc. ("Cadose," "we," "us") is the data controller for information processed through our website and optional product services. For health logs stored on your iPhone, you remain in control — we do not operate a central database of your dose history.

Data stored on your device

Dose logs, symptoms, weight, labs, protocols, inventory, and photos are stored locally using SwiftData. Optional iCloud sync uses Apple CloudKit under your Apple ID — Cadose does not operate a central health database for your logs. You can export data as CSV or JSON from Settings, or delete all local data from Settings → Delete all local data.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you enable Apple Health sync, Cadose reads weight, sleep, and heart rate variability to show progress trends, and writes weight entries you log back to Health. Health data is processed on your device and through Apple's HealthKit APIs — not sent to Cadose servers by default.

On-device intelligence

Smart Log, insights, and visit summaries use Apple Foundation Models on supported devices. That processing happens on your iPhone without sending your health logs to Cadose servers or third-party AI providers by default.

Crash diagnostics (Sentry)

Cadose uses Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports and technical diagnostics to improve stability. We configure Sentry not to send default personally identifiable information, and we scrub sensitive keys from error context. Crash reports do not include your dose logs or health contents.

Optional product services (opt-in)

  • Feedback board: If you submit feedback, we store your suggestion, category, and an anonymous device identifier — not your dose history.
  • Product analytics: If enabled in Settings, we collect event names (e.g. screen views, feature usage) to improve the app. No health log contents are sent. You can disable this anytime in Settings → Privacy.
  • Email sequences: If you opt in, we store your email with Brevo to send onboarding and retention messages. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Website & admin portal

Our marketing site may use standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal information. The admin portal is restricted to Cadose operators and uses Supabase authentication.

Cookies

The marketing site uses essential cookies for security and session management where applicable (e.g. admin login). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies on the public marketing pages.

Retention

  • On-device data: Retained until you delete it or uninstall the app.
  • Feedback & analytics: Retained while needed to operate the product and improve features, then deleted or aggregated.
  • Email contacts: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of product analytics and marketing email (in-app Settings).
  • Export your health logs from the app (CSV/JSON export).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights (California residents).

To exercise these rights, email privacy@cadose.app. We respond within 30 days. For data stored only on your device, deleting local data in Settings or uninstalling the app removes it from that device.

Children

Cadose is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

If you use optional online services, data may be processed in the United States where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Medical disclaimer

Cadose is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about peptides, dosing, and lab results.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. See also our Terms of Use.
